Cancellations

A minimum of 2 hours notice is appreciated if you need to cancel your appointment. That way we can make the appointment available for another patient in need. (Failure to cancel at least 2 hours prior to your appointment will incur a fee.)

Doctor access

Sometimes you need to speak to your doctor. Explain to the receptionist the nature of your call. If your doctor is not available to speak to you, the receptionist will take a message. Your call will be returned at the doctor's earliest convenience.

Test results

You are always welcome to phone us for your blood and other test results. If your doctor requires a follow-up appointment the receptionist will advise you.

Home visits

Home visits are only for the critically ill and those unable to attend the nearest local Wishing Well Clinic due to acute or chronic illness. Patients are telephoned by the treating doctor for triage. Advice may be provided along with valuable self care management before the doctor’s actual visit.
